Ticketing Policy

1. Tickets are refundable prior to the date of booking or on the date of booking only, and are not refundable after the date of booking. Tickets will be refunded if the event is cancelled or the Gallery is closed for any other reason.
2. Patrons purchasing tickets at a discount price online (such as a Friend of the Gallery, student, pensioner, concession or Wellington Shire Resident) must carry relevant ID for the event.
3. Tickets entitle the ticket holder to unlimited entry for the date listed on the ticket, and must be retained for re-entry during that day.
4. Tickets sold by the venue as the authorised seller are intended for the use by the purchaser and not to be resold through ticket resell websites such as Viagogo, Ebay, Gumtree etc. Tickets purchased from these websites may be invalid and entry to the relevant session may be refused.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure all contact details are correct when purchasing so that we may easily contact you in the event of a cancellation.
